I can't say anything about parking. On how the shuttle attendant treats the suitcases... new Delsey XL suitcase not even 2 weeks old, return flight to and from London, no signs of wear, just a little dirty. At the collection point outside Verona airport, the shuttle attendant, with little attention and in a lot of haste, loaded the aforementioned suitcase on top of all the other suitcases without properly closing the moving part of the handle. Upon arrival at the aeropark, as soon as the back door was opened, the suitcase fell from a height of 1.5 meters causing the mobile part of the handle to break, which the driver wanted to fix with a couple of punches, some scratches caused by the road surface . He didn't apologize for the damage caused and left with my wife who started complaining to the lady in charge of returning the keys. Her new pink suitcase is broken. I have to wait until Monday to report the accident to the company from 8.30 to 12.30. And in the meantime, who pays me for the damage? The only star is for covered parking. My wife wouldn't have given even that. The agency that recommended the car park to us had no words and invited us to give a negative review and it's the first case that has happened...🤦🏼‍♀️

Even though I had paid the supplement to park the car indoors, upon my return I found it ruined in several places with damages exceeding €500 and they forced me to accept a minimum sum or otherwise take legal action, all this after 3 months where I was advised not to fix the car until the procedure was closed. I strongly advise against it!
